FTS actively engages young people to have direct input into their future, supports them to reduce reoffending and takes a long-term approach no matter how long it takes a young person to get back on track.
Our support centre and programs are directly driven by the needs of the young people – co-designed and co-run by those with lived experience of the juvenile justice and corrections systems.
FTS is creating a new cycle of support for the 82% of young people leaving detention who return within 12 months, whilst fully supporting each individual and their unique needs to enable them to succeed and unlock their full potential.
